Week 17 - Monday

Arts & crafts:
Today the kids each made an octopus using construction paper and markers, as well as glue and coloured beads for the suction cups on the tentacles.

Hands on math:
Today the kids put their estimating and measuring skills to work by estimating the length in paperclips of various sea creature printouts and then verifying their predictions.


Computers:
None.

Music:
None.

French:
French is emphasized throughout the entire day; especially theme related words. Today we practiced saying "C'est facile" and "C'est difficile" to describe when something is easy or hard to do and also continued to reinforce all of the notions that we covered in previous weeks. We will continue to practice these sentences all week.
